For my example I will use the flatbed scanner. Despite our best efforts and many hours it is possible that your scanner does not work with our great tools! Do not panic, if that's the case then contact us by email we will do our best to help you !!
support@KRONOZIO.COM
First point to check with your scanner is that it must be installed with a Windows Driver named "TWAIN32". If you are not sure go to the manufacturer's web site to see if it comes with a "TWAIN32" driver.
It is now time to turn your scanner On if it is not already!

Page 4

If your scanner has a "TWAIN32" driver it should then appear in this list!
In the box to the left the program list all scanners that have a "TWAIN32" driver installed.

Page 5

Then click on the right scanner to use.
In the box to the right the software tells you the supported paper sizes that your scanner return when asked. Most of the time we choose the largest possible format.

Now is the time to choose the right sport and quality.
Why my choices qualities is ABC , not the 10 values used by the grading companies? Well this is to simplify your life and this is an indication of quality for sale and not for grading. Unless your a card valuator most people are not able to attribute the good quality right. In addition, here we do not put to the web 10-30 cards a day but thousands!
To help you decide here are our basic rules to value ABC quality of your cards.
A - For the year of the card it is in great condition! Maybe not perfect the older the card is but it is in very good condition.
B - The card is not great but still a very good quality for sale. It shows some aging but has all its pieces!
C - Outch! When it is C quality, that mean that your card has already served in a bicycle wheel, was already on the wall with a thumbtack, few pencil scribbles are present, it is in bad shape.

Then I hear about choosing box id, well what's that jumbled letters to name my boxes I do not really understand ...
Copyright 2015, Kronozio
Page 8

Ha Ok! I understand now! Since it is the software that retains the location of the cards in the boxes it gives me a nice clear and fast way to find the boxes afterwards!
Note that it is still allowed to add additional information about your box to find yourself! But for sorting and sending we will use this location code in the software.

To put cards on a scanner we always start by the corner that indicates the upper left corner of page often identified by an arrow or a triangle on the border.

Page 10

As you see, I put my cards the front on the glass to start and I always leave a small glass space around each card.
We do not put the cards close to the edge of the scanner. Another thing to watch is not to exceed the chosen paper size. After a few tries you will understand your scanner as they do not all work the same way. By the way, the amount on the card on the scanner does not matter whatever you want!
